Stair marking
During an emergency evacuation, stairs are often the only means of escape to a place of safety. It is crucial then, that occupants can egress using the stairs especially in blackout or smoke-filled conditions. JAILITE photoluminescent stair marking components are proven to reduce the risk of injury, harm, or death when evacuees are in stairwells.
Our components include stair nosing, handrail self-adhesive vinyl tape, edge trim markers, stair tread illumination markers, and caution ‘watch your step’ signs. JALITE photoluminescent stair marking components are now installed in many high-rise residential buildings, as well as on oil platforms, ships and much more.
